Maria Lucia specializes in public law, in particular urban planning and environmental legislation. Her specific field of activity concerns the management and development of real estate. She therefore advises about projects for the development and/or enhancement of real estate assets, the renovation of urban or former industrial areas, the construction of building for commercial, office, residential or tertiary use. Her practice includes the drafting of all public and/or private contracts and deeds connected to the initiative.
After graduating in Law from the Catholic University of Milan, Maria Lucia collaborated with leading firms specializing in public law, to then open her own firm. Over the years, she has dealt with many important initiatives on behalf of companies and groups of high standing. She also frequently and successfully defended such initiatives before the Public Law Courts.
She is registered with the Milan Bar Association and is licensed to practice before the higher Courts.
She holds a PhD in Civil Law from University of Turin.
She has been a consultant for both the Municipality of Milan and Regione Lombardia and has been a member of consultancy groups responsible for drafting important legislation acts of Regione Lombardia.
