Member of the Milan Bar Association, for more than twenty-five years Gad has been assisting foreign and domestic companies and multinational groups in a wide variety of sectors (from food to construction, from water purification to oil & gas, from satellite monitoring to medical products).

Due to its purely international graduate and postgraduate education, Gad assists clients in international commercial transactions of varying nature and judicial contentious related to international commercial transactions disputes.

Gad also accompanies companies from their incorporation, assisting them in decision -making process related to their entrepreneurial and business organization and corporate structure, in contract drafting and negotiation, in matters concerning human resources management, in complex governance decisions including group governance, and in disputes arising between shareholders, directors, or other bodies of the companies. Gad also pays special attention to aspects concerning intergenerational business transition from the entrepreneur to his descendants.

He is a frequent speaker at seminars and events on international commerce and corporate governance issues.
Gad has also served as an arbitrator at the Milan Chamber of Arbitration.

Since 2010 he has been a partner at Lawyalty Avvocati Associati and a member of the American Bar Association, Union Internationale des Avocats, Consulegis EEIG (in which he is member of the Advisory Board since 2015) and the CCG China Collaborative Group.
