Belén has more than a decade of experience, first in Spain and since 2002 in Italy, providing legal assistance in corporate and commercial law (M&A, corporate governance, corporate and commercial compliance and commercial contracts), both domestically and internationally. He also advises on intellectual property matters.

Since 2015, she is partner at Lawyalty Avvocati Associati and head of the Spanish Desk, created ad hoc to advise Spanish companies established or with interests in Italy (and vice versa), in all types of commercial and corporate transactions, both judicially and extrajudicially.

Belén has been a speaker at seminars on commercial law and has lectured on intellectual property issues.

Member of the "Ilustre Colegio di Abogados de Madrid" since 1999 and since 2002 is Member of the Milan Bar Association as “established lawyer” (“Albo degli avvocati stabiliti di Milano”)
