Andrea advises Italian and international clients on corporate law, corporate governance, M&A, domestic and international contracts, litigation and arbitration, compliance (Legislative Decree 231/2001, AML, GDPR). He also works closely with boards and senior management on ESG and sustainable finance issues.

After graduating in Law from the University of Milan, Andrea collaborated with boutique law firms, was in-house counsel for a top Italian Group and worked for eleven years at a tier 1 Italian law firm.
He is registered with the Milan Bar Association and is licensed to practice before the higher Courts.
He holds an LL.M. in American Law from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles (U.S.A.) and a Master in International Business Law from the University of Padua.
He was Contract Professor of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Milan-Bicocca.
